In the Turkish education system, assuming you meet all other requirements (no failing grades, clean disciplinary record, and acceptable attendance), your eligibility comes down to your weighted term GPA. The system uses a strict 0-100 scale.
- 70.00 to 84.99: Certificate of Appreciation (Teşekkür Belgesi)
- 85.00 and above: Certificate of Merit (Takdir Belgesi)
