In the US, standard carriers like UPS and FedEx typically use a divisor of 139 for daily rates (though negotiated enterprise rates may use 166 or larger divisors).

Imperial DIM Weight Formula = (L inches × W inches × H inches) / 139

DIM Weight = 3,840 / 139 = 27.6 lbs (Carriers always round up to the next whole pound).
